Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: "Sunday Night Football" Once Again Leads the Night

Here are the highlights of the 17 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (11/20/16):

NBC (15.287 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.0, #1) led the broadcast charge on Sunday with its mix of "Football Night in America #1" (8.343 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 2.3, #7), "Football Night in America #2" (9.038 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 2.9, #5), "Football Night in America #3" (13.422 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 4.4, #3) and "Sunday Night Football" (16.910 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 5.6, #1).

CBS (12.109 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.2, #2) then had to settle for second place with its combination of "NFL Overrun" (19.401 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.1, #2), "60 Minutes" (15.806 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.2, #4), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (11.233 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.7, #8), "Madam Secretary" (8.571 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T12) and "Elementary" (6.254 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.8, #17).

Next up was ABC (7.825 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.1, #3) with a new "America's Funniest Home Videos" (6.805 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T12) and its annual coverage of "The 2016 American Music Awards" (8.165 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 2.4, #6).

And finally, FOX (2.540 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #4) closed out the evening with a repeat "The Simpsons" (2.829 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T15) followed by new episodes of "Bob's Burgers" (2.322 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 1.0, #14), "The Simpsons" (2.889 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T9), another "Bob's Burgers" (2.438 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 1.2, #11), "Family Guy" (2.720 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T9) and "The Last Man on Earth" (2.043 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T15).
