ABC Earns Most Watched Friday this Season - Shark Tank is the #1 Show in Adults 18-49

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 4.9 million and 1.0/4 in AD18-49): ABC earned second place on Friday in Total Viewers (4.9 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.0/4), delivering its most watched Friday this season. ABC's Shark Tank stood as Friday's highest-rated TV show in Adults 18-49, ranking as the #1 program on the night for the 2nd week in a row.

· At 8pm, ABC's Last Man Standing ranked #1 in its half-hour for the 3rd week in a row with Adults 18-49 (1.1/5-tied w/CBS' MacGyver). LMS rose 12% week to week in Total Viewers (6.4 million vs. 5.7 million) to deliver its biggest audience this season.

· At 8:30pm, ABC's Dr. Ken built for the 2nd consecutive week in Total Viewers (+10% - 4.5 million vs. 4.1 million), drawing a new season high.

· Winning from 9-10pm in young adults, ABC's Shark Tank gained audience for the 2nd week in a row (+4% - 5.4 million vs. 5.2 million) and matched its week-ago Fast Affiliate 18-49 rating (1.2/5), marking its most watched telecast overall this season. Please Note: Last week's Shark Tank adjusted up to a season high in the National Adults 18-49 ratings, going up by 1-tenth to a 1.3 in the National ratings.

· At 10pm, ABC's 20/20 grew week to week in Total Viewers (+17% - 4.1 million vs. 3.5 million), Adults 18-49 (+13% - 0.9/4 vs. 0.8/3) and Adults 25-54 (+9% - 1.2/4 vs. 1.1/4), earning a 6-week high in viewers (since 9/9/16) and matching season highs in both key Adult demos.
