SILVER SPRING, MD - FEB. 10, 2016 - TV One announced today its premiere of the 47th NAACP Image Awards drove the network to rank among Ad-Supported Cable's Top 2 Non-Sports Nets for the night among Black Viewers 2+ (Friday, Feb. 5, 7 p.m.-12 a.m. ET). TV One's robust programming slate last Friday had a combined reach of 1.7 Million Total Unique Viewers 2+ for the night (7 p.m.-3 a.m. ET), kicking-off of its Black History Month with premieres and encores of the Donnie After Dark: An NAACP Image Awards Special, 47th Annual NAACP Image Awards Red Carpet Live show, the 47th NAACP Image Awards, and sneak peeks of new comedy series Here We Go Again and returning dramedy series Born Again Virgin. For the first weekend of TV One's new brand promise to REPRESENT, these programs had a combined reach of 2.7 Million Total Unique Viewers 2+.

· The 47th Annual NAACP Image Awards Red Carpet Live show was the #1 Telecast among Black Viewers 2+ in its premiere time slot among all key demos.

· The 47th NAACP Image Awards topped the charts as the #1 social telecast of the night. It ranked among Nielsen's Twitter TV Top 10 for the week and the only show from the Top 10 ranked for the day.

· The 47th NAACP Image Awards Trended #1 across Twitter & Instagram nationally during the awards. The show generated more than 102K tweets and a whopping 11M impressions on Twitter alone.

· The sneak peeks of new comedy series Here We Go Again and returning dramedy series Born Again Virgin were the Top 2 Premiere Telecasts on Cable among Black key demos: P25-54,W25-54, W18-49 in the 11 p.m. ET hour; #1 and #2, respectively.

Encores of TV One's live telecast of the 47th NAACP Image Awards, hosted by Emmy Award-nominated actor Anthony Anderson, airs this Thursday, Feb. 11 at 8-10 p.m. ET and Friday, Feb. 12 at 12:30-2:30 a.m. ET.
