Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (12/11/15):
ABC (5.450 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1) was the network to beat among adults 18-49 on Friday with the fall finales of "Last Man Standing" (6.801 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2), "Dr. Ken" (4.857 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T4), "Shark Tank" (5.981 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.4, #1) and a new "20/20" (4.542 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T8).
The silver then went to CBS (8.040 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #2) with the season finale of "The Amazing Race" (6.174 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T6) plus the fall closers to "Hawaii Five-0" (8.076 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T6) and "Blue Bloods" (9.872 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T4).
Next up was FOX (2.869 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #3) with fresh installments from "MasterChef Junior" (3.805 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.2, #3) and "World's Funniest" (1.935 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T11).
Meanwhile, NBC (3.377 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #4) served up its own fall finales of "Undateable" (2.738 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T11), "Truth Be Told" (2.075 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.6, #13), "Grimm" (3.624 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T8) and a new "Dateline NBC" (4.100 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T8).
And finally, The CW (1.416 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5) closed out the evening with its coverage of "The 84th Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade" (1.146 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #14).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.6/5 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.7/4 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

ABC (6.133 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1) was the top demo draw on Friday with its mix of "Last Man Standing" (6.040 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T6), "Cristela" (4.540 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.8, #10), "Shark Tank" (7.004 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1) and "20/20" (6.108 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.4, #2).
NBC (5.179 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #2) then was a close second place with its trio of "Dateline NBC" (7.189 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3), "Grimm" (5.054 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3) and "Constantine" (3.295 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.0, #9).
Next up was CBS (8.597 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #3) who was also in the hunt with "The Amazing Race" (5.943 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T6), "Hawaii Five-0" (8.738 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T6) and "Blue Bloods" (11.110 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #5).
Meanwhile, FOX (1.758 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) served up a repeat "MasterChef Junior" (1.694 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T11) followed by another "MasterChef Junior" (1.822 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T11).
And finally, an encore of "The Librarians" (1.556 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T13) and a second "The Librarians" (1.561 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T13) encore on The CW (1.558 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #5) closed out the evening.
In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), said duo posted a 0.2 and 0.3 rating, respectively.
