"Empire" Adds 2.7 Rating Points and 5.5 Million Viewers After 7 Days
FOX further spins the numbers for the week of September 28-October 4.

LIVE+7 NIELSEN RATINGS FOR WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 28- OCTOBER 4: EMPIRE ADDS +2.7 RATING POINTS AND 5.5 MILLION VIEWERS AFTER 7 DAYS

GOTHAM OUTRATES PREMIERE IN WEEK TWO, GRANDFATHERED AND THE GRINDER PREMIERES JUMP +53%,

SCREAM QUEENS NEARLY DOUBLES AGAIN IN ADULTS 18-49,

SLEEPY HOLLOW PREMIERE RATING RISES +80%

In Week Two of the season, FOX's fall series saw lifts of up to +93% after seven days of delayed, Nielsen-measured viewing. Total audience across platforms (including streaming on FOX NOW and Hulu) will be available tomorrow.

Once again, EMPIRE topped the week's entertainment programs by more than two full rating points, out-rating the #2 series (Big Bang Theory) by +39%.

GOTHAM rose +81% in Week Two to a 2.9/10, outperforming its premiere Live 7 rating in Adults 18-49 (vs. 2.8/9) and matching its premiere audience (7.5 million).

On Tuesday, the series premieres of GRANDFATHERED and THE GRINDER both grew +53% from their same-day deliveries, while SCREAM QUEENS continued to see huge ratings gains from delayed viewing, jumping +93% to a 2.7/9 - nearly double its same-day ratings (1.4/5) in the Live + 7s.

New drama ROSEWOOD added nearly two million more viewers after 7 days, rising from an audience of 6.2 million to 8.1 million.

FOX's Thursday dramas also saw healthy gains, with BONES rising +50% to a 2.1/7 and SLEEPY HOLLOW jumping +80% in its first week.
