Tuesday Prime (8-9pm - 5.7 million and 1.4/4 in AD18-49): ABC took second place on Tuesday to CBS' original drama lineup in Total Viewers (5.7 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.4/4-tie).

Shark Tank (8-9pm - 7.3 million and 1.8/6 in AD18-49): From 8-9pm, ABC's special Shark Tank ran a strong #2 in Total Viewers (7.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.8/6) to CBS' NCIS, beating Fox's MasterChef Junior (4.9 million and 1.7/5) and NBC's 1-hour return of Parks & Rec (3.5 million and 1.5/5).

· Excluding last week's Agent Carter premiere, Shark Tank delivered ABC's highest Adult 18-49 the time period this season with a series program.

Marvel's Agent Carter (9-10pm - 5.1 million and 1.545 in AD18-49): From 9-10pm, ABC's Marvel's Agent Carter ranked a solid second in viewers (5.1 million) and young adults (1.5/4) to CBS' original NCIS: New Orleans, beating Fox's comedies (New Girl/The Mindy Project = 2.7 million and 1.2/4) and NBC's comedies (Marry Me/About a Boy = 2.5 million and 0.8/2). · Based on the first round of Live + 3 Day ratings, ABC's series debut of Marvel's Agent Carter grew to a 2.7 rating among Adults 18-49 (from a 1.9 in L+SD) in the L+3 numbers, spiking by +42% (+0.8 rating points) over its L+SD rating. The playback gain for Agent Carter (+42%) was higher than the L+3 lift of the debut telecast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (+42% vs. +38%).
