DWTS: Live + 3 = 14.3 million/2.2 rating and Live + 7 = 14.8 million/2.3 rating

Castle: Live + 3 = 13.7 million/2.8 rating and Live + 7 = 15.0 million/3.1 rating

ABC Monday Prime (8-11pm - 11.5 million and 1.9/5 in AD18-49): ABC ran a strong second on Monday night in Total Viewers, coming within 400k of first place NBC (11.5 million vs. 11.9 million).

Dancing With the Stars (8-10pm - 12.5 million and 1.9/5 in AD18-49): From 8-10pm, ABC's Dancing was up over its week-ago Fast Affiliate numbers in Total Viewers in (+2% - 12.5 million vs. 12.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (+6% - 1.9/5 vs. 1.8/5) Building from its first to second hour (+11%), Dancing beat out Fox's Sleepy Hollow from 9-10pm for the 4th week in a row in Adults 18-49 (+18% - 2.0/5 vs. 1.7/5). DWTS was the most social broadcast series on Monday with 76,090 tweets.

Castle (10-11pm - 9.3 million and 2.0/6 in AD18-49): In the 10pm hour, ABC's Castle defeated CBS' NCIS: LA for the 3rd consecutive week, leading by 25% in Adults 18-49 (2.0/6 vs. 1.6/5).

A note about increasing DVR penetration and year-to-year rating comparisons: Year-to-year rating comparisons based on the Live + Same Day data stream are distorted by the level of DVR penetration in the Nielsen sample, which has jumped up to 49% currently, from 48% at the same point in 2013. More viewers are watching shows on their own timetables, which may not be reflected in the overnight next day numbers. The only truly valid year-to-year comparison would be one based on the Live + 7 Day metric, once those stats are released by Nielsen.
