STYLE MEDIA MARKS ITS MOST WATCHED TUESDAY NIGHT THIS YEAR AMONG W18-49 WITH "GIULIANA & BILL" DELIVERING ITS MOST WATCHED EPISODE EVER

The Season Five Finale of "Giuliana & Bill" Premieres Tuesday, December 11 at 8pm ET/PT on Style

LOS ANGELES - November 26, 2012 - Propelling Style to its most watched Tuesday night among W18-49 for 2012, "Giuliana & Bill" delivered the series most watched episode ever among Total Viewers on November 20 at 8pm ET/PT, according to Nielsen. Compared to the prior week's episode, "Giuliana & Bill" was up an impressive +72% in W18-49 (301,000) and +35% Total Viewers (648,000).

"Giuliana and Bill have been on an inspiring journey filled with love, laughter, and life challenges. We at Style could not be happier for them as they grow as new parents," said Salaam Coleman Smith, President, Style Media. "We are honored they have let the Style viewers into their lives these past five seasons and are especially touched to see the reaction from our viewers to the birth of their son."

For five seasons, viewers have traveled along an emotional journey with Giuliana and Bill from their wedding in Capri to their struggles with fertility to Giuliana's breast cancer diagnosis last year. On Tuesday night's episode, their story had a happy ending, as viewers were given an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the birth of their son, Edward Duke Rancic. "Giuliana & Bill" airs on Tuesday nights at 8pm ET/PT on Style, with the fifth season finale premiering on December 11 as the couple returns to Los Angeles and moves into their new family home.

"Giuliana & Bill" is produced by Comcast Entertainment Studios, a division of NBCUniversal. Executive producers are Robert Sizemore and Jay James for Comcast Entertainment Studios and Giuliana Rancic and Bill Rancic for You & I Productions. Ruth Rafidi serves as network executive on the show.
