Pacing to be the highest rated season of the series among all key demos, this week's episode of "Flipping Out" continued its ratings upswing earning 1.5 million total viewers, making it the highest rated episode of the season among total viewers. The highly anticipated season finale comes to a close next Tuesday as Jeff deals with major choices that may affect him personally and professionally. Even though his design business is booming, Jeff gets the itch to flip houses again. As he looks for properties, Jeff realizes that he's not really looking for a house to flip, but rather a home for him and his partner Gage to build a family. To add to the stress, Jeff is forced to re-consider Jenni's future at the company when Gage finds a potential permanent employee that can commit to the position 100 percent as opposed to Jenni's part-time employment. With new horizons approaching, Jeff is ready to take his personal and professional lives to the next level. But with Jenni's loyalty in limbo, he has to make the decision to move on with or without her. For a sneak peek: http://www.bravotv.com/flipping-out/season-5/videos/no-pressure-jett

The group discusses the highs and lows of the past year and with feelings of betrayal on both sides, Sarah and Trace confront Jeff about the reasons why they were each fired. On the flip side, Jeff and Gage talk about their new home and the possibility of promoting Zoila from housekeeper to full-time nanny. And last but certainly not least, Jenni reveals some very exciting news about her boyfriend.
