"10 Things I Hate About You" (8:00-8:30 p.m.)

Surging by double-digit percentages across all key targets, ABC Family's hit original comedy "10 Things I Hate About You" posted series highs in Females 12-34 (771,000), Teens 12-17 (511,000) and Female Teens (448,000).

� "10 Things" qualified as Tuesday's No. 1 scripted program in Prime in Females 12-34 and Female Teens.

� At 8 o'clock, "10 Things" stood as cable's No. 1 telecast in Women 18-34 (396,000/1.2 rating), Females 12-34 (771,000/1.7 rating) and Female Teens (448,000/3.7 rating), and No. 1 among ad-supported cable in Viewers 12-34 (935,000/1.0 rating) and Teens (511,000/2.1 rating).

� Among Total Viewers and across key 18-34 and 18-49 demos, "10 Things" garnered its second-best ratings to date, and nearly matched its launch as the series' most-watched telecast in Viewers 12-34 (935,000 vs. 936,0000).

� Week to week, "10 Things" delivered impressive growth across the board, including by 45% in Total Viewers (1.6 million vs. 1.1 million), by 20% in Adults 18-34 (424,000 vs. 352,000), by 22% in Adults 18-49 (616,000 vs. 503,000) and by 26% in Viewers 12-34 (935,000 vs. 740,000).

"Ruby & the Rockits" (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

ABC Family's newest original comedy, "Ruby & the Rockits," launched as the net's No. 2 comedy series debut on record in Adults 18-49 (654,000) and Women 18-49 (483,000), behind only the premiere of "10 Things I Hate About You" (7/7/09). "Ruby & the Rockits" also stands as the net's No. 2 comedy launch on record in Total Viewers (1.6 million), Teens (489,000) and Females Teens (436,000), behind "Roommates" (3/23/09).

"Ruby & the Rockits" stood as cable's No. 1 program in the time slot in Females 12-34 (717,000/1.6 rating) and Females Teens (436,000/3.6 rating), No. 2 in Teens (489,000/2.0 rating), and among the Top 5 in Women 18-34 (No. 4 � 281,000/0.8 rating), Women 18-49 (No. 4 - 483,000/0.7 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (No. 3 - 834,000/0.9 rating).

� Among all prime cable programs, "Ruby & the Rockits" ranked as the No. 2 scripted telecast in Females 12-34, and No. 2 overall among all TV in Female Teens, behind lead-in "10 Things I Hate About You."

� "Ruby & the Rockits" elevated ABC Family to best in 10 month deliveries in the half-hour in Viewers 12-34, Female 12-34 and Female Teens.

� "Ruby & the Rockits" built over its "10 Things I Hate About You" lead-in by 6% in Adults 18-49 (654,000 vs. 616,000) and by 9% in Women 18-49 (483,000 vs. 444,000).

� "Ruby & the Rockits" out-delivered prior 4-week time period averages by double and triple digit percentages across the board: +60% in Adults 18-34 (345,000 vs. 215,000), +76% in Adults 18-49 (654,000 vs. 371,000), +132% in Viewers 12-34 (834,000 vs. 360,000) and +237% in Teens 12-17 (489,000 vs. 145,000). In Total Viewers, delivery nearly doubled (1.6 million vs. 831,000).

� Among core females demos, delivery was doubled to tripled: +102% in Women 18-34 (281,000 vs. 139,000), +108% in Women 18-49 (483,000 vs. 232,000) + 203% in Females 12-34 (717,000 vs. 237,000 and + 345% in Female Teens ( 436,000 vs. 98,000).
