February Prime Time Jumps 20%-29% Across Kids at Cartoon Network

Boys 2-11, 6-11 and 9-14 Also Score Double-Digit Delivery Gains Across February 2009

Cartoon Network Ranks #1 on All Television for Prime Time Delivery of Boys 6-11

Cartoon Network increased its February '09 prime time delivery and ratings performance by significant double digits�between 20% and 29% across kids 2-11, kids 6-11 and kids 9-14�compared to the same time period last year, according to preliminary data from Nielsen Media Research. Furthermore, as cable competition continues to increase for boy viewers, Cartoon Network's prime time delivery grew by 30% among boys 2-11, 39% among boys 6-11 and 34% among boys 9-14, making Cartoon Network the #1 network on all television in prime time among boys 6-11. Monthly total day delivery of key kids demos also improved over February '08, with kids 2-11 delivery up by 2%, kids 6-11 delivery up by 4% and kids 9-14 delivery up by 7%.

Among Cartoon Network's February programming highlights, Friday nights (8-10 p.m.) continue to perform exceptionally well compared to 2008, with average kids 2-11 delivery (1,046,000) increasing by 29%, kids 6-11 delivery (750,000) by 32% and kids 9-14 delivery (541,000) by 31%. Star Wars: The Clone Wars (9 p.m.) propelled much of this growth, earning 105% delivery gains among kids 2-11 (1,418,000), 96% gains among kids 6-11 (1,043,000) and 98% gains among kids 9-14 (809,000). Boys demos grew by triple-digit delivery growth: 136% among boys 2-11, 119% among boys 6-11 and 128% among boys 9-14. Batman: The Brave & The Bold (8 p.m.) also scored double-digit delivery growth among kids and boys 2-11 and 6-11: 18% among kids 2-11, 39% among boys 2-11, 11% among kids 6-11 and 32% among boys 6-11.

Thursday night comedies presented in HAR HAR THARSDAYS (Thursday, 7-10 p.m.) added further to Cartoon Network's prime time success in February, increasing kids 2-11 delivery by 2%, kids 6-11 delivery by 14% and kids 9-14 delivery by 37%. Standouts for the month include original series Chowder (8 p.m.) which earned 6% delivery gains among kids 2-11, 15% among kids 6-11 and 41% among kids 9-14, and Total Drama Island (9 p.m.) which earned 6% delivery growth among kids 2-11, 11% among kids 6-11 and 17% among kids 9-14. Overall February highlights from Cartoon Network's prime time performance in February �09 compared to the same time period in 2008 include the following:

WEEKLY PRIME TIME (Monday-Sunday, 8 to 10 p.m.) vs. the same time period in 2008

� Kids 2-11 delivery (848,000) grew by 27%, and ratings (2.1) by 24%

� Kids 6-11 delivery (590,000) grew by 29%, and ratings (2.4) by 26%

� Kids 9-14 delivery (448,000) grew by 24%, and ratings (1.8) by 20%
