MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL: BIGGEST CABLE AUDIENCE OF 2007

ESPN.COM NFL CONTENT: 44 MILLION PAGE VIEWS, UP 36% FROM 2006

Monday night's Green Bay Packers � Denver Broncos game on ESPN's Monday Night Football earned a 10.5 rating, ESPN's best of the year, representing an average of 10,163,000 homes, the most of any cable television show in 2007.

The exciting game � in which Denver forced overtime as the regulation time expired only to see Green Bay win 19-13 on a long scoring pass on the first play of sudden death overtime � led all television networks, broadcast or cable, in prime time delivery of the key male demos (M18-34, M18-49, M25-54), as well as P18-34 and P18-49. MNF has "won the night" in these categories every week this season. For the sixth straight week, ABC was the network with the most overall viewers. ESPN, which captured the most viewers the first two weeks of the season, was second.

In Milwaukee, the game delivered a 15.5 rating on ESPN and a 33.3 rating on WISN-ABC, for a combined 48.8 rating. In Denver, the game delivered a 14.4 rating on ESPN and a 22.3 rating on KCNC-CBS, for a combined 36.7 rating.

ESPN's NFL programming from 4 p.m. through the conclusion of the game delivered 21.7 gross household coverage ratings.

ESPN's nine NFL games account for the first-, second-, fourth-, fifth-, sixth-, seventh-, eighth-, 11th- and 12th- most-watched shows on basic cable in 2007 among households.

ESPN's previous best rating this year was a 10.0 on October 8 (Dallas at Buffalo). That telecast also held the top spot for household audience on cable with 9,639,000.

Also, NFL content on ESPN.com, including "Monday Night Surround," accessed via computers and mobile devices generated more than 44 million page views from Monday through Tuesday at noon, a 36% increase over the same period last year, according to Web measurement tool HitBox.

Next week on ESPN's MNF, Ray Lewis and the Baltimore Ravens (4-3) will visit Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2) in a key AFC North Division matchup.
