Summer to Date, ABC's "The Next Best Thing" Improves the Net's Averages by 2.8 Million Viewers and by 50% in Adults 18-49 Over the Same Weeks Last Year

"Traveler" is Up 10% in Viewers and 23% in Adults 18-49 Over the Prior Week, Continuing to Improve the Hour for ABC

ABC's "20/20" is No. 1 in its Hour and the No. 1 Show on Friday In Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

ABC Wins Saturday Night in Adults 18-49 for the Second Week in a Row With a Replay of "The Wonderful World of Disney: Finding Nemo"

Monday

"Wife Swap" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

A repeat "Wife Swap" finished second in its hour, posting week-to-week increases of 10% in Total Viewers (5.5 million vs. 5.0 million) and 29% in Adults 18-49 (2.2/7 vs. 1.7/5).

Wednesday

"The Next Best Thing" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

ABC's "The Next Best Thing" placed second in its hour across each of the key adult demographics: Adults 18-34 (1.4/6 � tied), Adults 18-49 (2.0/7) and Adults 25-54 (2.4/8).

� Summer to date on average, "The Next Best Thing" has improved ABC's performance in the hour over the same weeks last year by 2.8 million viewers (7.1 vs. 4.3 million) and by 50% in Adults 18-49 (2.4/8 vs. 1.6/5).

"Traveler" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's "Traveler" posted week-to-week increases of 10% in Total Viewers (4.5 million vs. 4.1 million) and 23% in Adults 18-49 (1.6/5 vs. 1.3/4).

� Compared to ABC's performance in the hour in the comparable 4 weeks last year (5/31 - 6/21/06), "Traveler" is up on average in both Total Viewers (5.0 million vs. 4.9 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.7/5 vs. 1.5/4).

Friday

"20/20" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC News' "20/20," with its hour-long look at real estate � the ups and downs of owning a home � finished No. 1 in its hour and ranked as the top program of the evening in both Adults 18-49 (1.6/5) and Adults 25-54 (2.1/6).

Saturday

"The Wonderful World of Disney: Finding Nemo" (8:00-11:00 p.m.)

With the Net's rebroadcast of "The Wonderful World of Disney: Finding Nemo," ABC won Saturday evening among Adults 18-49 (1.5/6) for the second week in a row. The 2003 theatrical also led the nigh for the second Saturday running in Adults 18-34 (1.6/7), Teens 12-17 (1.0/5) and Kids 2-11 (2.0/10).

Sunday

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

ABC's replay "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" ranked No. 1 in its 8 o'clock time-slot in Women 18-49 (1.5/5), while taking second in Women 18-34 (1.2/4) and Women 25-54 (1.7/5).

"Desperate Housewives" (9:00-10:01 p.m.)

A rebroadcast ABC's "Desperate Housewives" placed second in its hour across all key women demographics: Women 18-34 (1.3/4), Women 18-49 (1.6/5) and Women 25-54 (1.8/5).
