BATWOMAN (The CW) - Warner Bros. Television has released a statement about Ruby Rose's accusations of bullying and abusive behavior by her former co-star Dougray Scott. "We condemn the comments made by Ruby Rose about Dougray Scott. Warner Bros. has found Mr. Scott to be a consummate professional, and never received any allegation against him of bullying, or of abusive behavior on his part. Mr. Scott was greatly respected and admired by his colleagues, and was a leader on the set," the studio noted. "Warner Bros. Television did not pick up Ruby Rose's option for an additional season because of multiple complaints about workplace behavior that were extensively reviewed by the Studio." (Deadline.com)

She is described as funny, beautiful, fierce, loving, and determined to get what she wants. Janay comes into Gary's (Chris Redd) life and shakes things up for the Williams brothers." (Deadline.com)
LUSTER (HBO, New!) - Jackie Sibblies Drury and Lileana Blain-Cruz are spearheading a TV take of Raven Leilani's debut novel, in which "Edie is a young Black artist living a precarious existence in New York City when she takes a white lover in an open marriage, eventually moving in with him and his wife in the suburbs. There she not only finds herself in an increasingly tense relationship with the couple, but also becoming an unlikely mentor to their adopted Black daughter Akila." Viva Maude's Tessa Thompson and Kishori Rajan will also executive produce alongside Gaumont's Alexandra Hunter, Sean Wolfson and Terry Kalagian. (Deadline.com)
MYSTERIOUS BENEDICT SOCIETY, THE/PROMISED LAND (Disney+/ABC) - Both series are relocating to California "as part of the Golden State's film and TV tax credits program." (Deadline.com)
POOR DEVIL (HBO Max, New!) - Miguel Esteban, Joaquín Reyes and Ernesto Sevilla have set up an animated series at the streamer which "tells the story of Stan, a seemingly ordinary boy who is in fact the anti-christ and is one month away from turning 666 months old. Stan must fulfill his prophecy to plunge humanity into chaos but is much more interested in singing and dancing in a Broadway musical show." The project marks Spain's debut animation series for the service. (Deadline.com)
UNCOUPLED (Netflix) - The Neil Patrick Harris-led comedy series has cast Tisha Campbell as Suzanne, "an expensively put-together high-powered real estate agent who is Michael Lawson's business partner and loyal friend"; Emerson Brooks as Billy, "one of Michael's close friends and a celebrity TV weatherman"; Brooks Ashmanskas as Stanley, "another of Michael's close friends, who is witty and quick and a bit of a snob"; Marcia Gay Harden as Claire, "an Upper East Side socialite in the midst of a bitter divorce from her husband"; and Tuc Watkins as Colin, "a hedge fund manager who blindsides his longtime partner Michael Lawson when he leaves him on the eve of his fiftieth birthday." (Deadline.com)

From culture clash to vacation romances, the comedy is a globetrotting journey of self-discovery that will inspire the wanderlust inside everyone." Chelsea Frei has already been cast in the lead role with Catherine Cohen as Sasha, "Kacey's best friend since childhood"; Alice Hunter as Hope, "a sporty surfer and former free spirit who now is happily buckled down, working her face off at a business job in Los Angeles"; and Kosha Patel as Rikita, "a pregnant, salt-of-the-earth nonprofit lawyer, who is happily married to her wife and committed to her work." Becca Gleason is directing from a script by Newman with Newman, Susanna Fogel and Blair Breard executive producing. (Deadline.com)
