Bloom will write and executive produce with Meyer as a co-executive producer. (Deadline.com)

The project, which was previously set up at NBC and Sony Pictures Television in 2016, "follows a small-town police detective, who, as an asteroid races toward an apocalyptic collision with Earth, believes she's been chosen to save humanity, while her cynical partner can't decide what he'll enjoy more: her delusional failure, or the end of the world itself." Killen will write, direct and executive produce alongside Winters and Scott Pennington. (Deadline.com)

But when they make fun of the wrong sociopath and people close to them start to turn up dead, our friends, who are grossly ill-equipped for this unfortunate circumstance, realize they have to do what the police haven't: find the killer before they become the victims of their own story. Let the good times roll." Carla Banks-Waddles, Casey Kyber and Jenna Bans are also on board to executive produce via the latter's Universal Television-based Minnesota Logging Company. (Deadline.com)
