BOYS, THE (Amazon) - Executive producer Craig Rosenberg is spearheading a spin-off series at the streaming service, detailed as: "Set at America's only college exclusively for young adult superheroes (and run by Vought International), the Untitled Boys Spinoff is described as an irreverent, R-rated series that explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities. Part college show, part Hunger Games - with all the heart, satire and raunch of The Boys." Amazon Studios, Sony Pictures Television, Point Grey Pictures, Kripke Enterprises and Original Film will co-produce with Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz and Pavun Shetty likewise executive producing. (Deadline.com)

In the project, "in the wake of their spouses' cheating scandal and untimely deaths, Angela Dixon, a beloved and liberal politician's wife, and Paul Mason, a brash and conservative good ole boy, form an unlikely alliance that blends their families and shakes up a community divided by race and class." Lee Daniels Entertainment's Marc Velez will also executive produce alongside Breece and Daniels for 20th Television. Schraft serves as a consulting producer. (Deadline.com)
