AMERICAN HORROR STORY/POSE (FX) - "Pose" co-star Angelica Ross has joined the cast of "American Horror Story: 1984" following her character's departure from the aforementioned series. (@mrrpmurphy)
DON'T LOOK DEEPER (Quibi) - The sci-fi drama series has cast Jan Luis Castellanos, Erin Pineda, Raquel McPeek Rodriguez, Belissa Escobedo, Ema Horvath, Kaiwi Lyman, Harvey Zielinski, Brandon Win, Kayleigh Gilbert, Tyler Ghyzel, Cameron Roberts, Dana Gourrier, Bevin Bru, Amy Anderson, Harvey Guillen, Holly Long, Makenzie Lee-Foster, Hartlyn Hilsman and Kate Crash in unspecified roles. They join the previously announced Don Cheadle, Emily Mortimer and Helena Howard. (Deadline.com)
FIGHT LIKE A GIRL (Quibi, New!) - WWE Studios and Critical Content are set to team for a new unscripted series on the upcoming service, in which "WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon pairs a WWE star with a young woman struggling with a personal issue that has been holding her back. The wrestlers draw from their own life experiences to help their trainees overcome obstacles and become tougher, stronger and healthier versions of their former selves inside and out." McMahon, Susan Levison, Ben Zierten, Richard Lowell, Tom Forman, Jenny Daly and Jon Beyer are the executive producers. (Deadline.com)
LOVECRAFT COUNTRY (HBO) - Tony Goldwyn will drop by the upcoming series as Samuel Braithwhite, "patriarch of his family, who views people as assets and objects and outsiders - including his daughter Christina - as inferiors." (Deadline.com)
REPRISAL (Hulu) - Craig Tate, Wavyy Jonez, Shane Callahan and Rory Cochrane are all bound for the upcoming femme fatale thriller. Tate will play Earl, "a former Special Forces operative who runs a landscaping business as a front for his Robin Hood stick-up operation"; with Jonez as Cordell, "Earl's cousin and trusted confidant, a war veteran who makes a living robbing criminals"; Callahan as Bru, "one of the Banished Brawlers, a former River Phoenix and Joel's (Rodrigo Santoro) loyal right-hand man"; and Cochrane as Burt, "the charismatic and reclusive leader of the Banished Brawlers." ROYALTIES (Quibi, New!) - Darren Criss is set to topline a new musical comedy series for the short-form video platform about "the ascent of a ragtag songwriting duo - Sara and Pierce (Criss) - as they navigate the strange and hilarious challenges of creating a truly great song, week after week. Each episode will feature real-life entertainment personalities portraying fictitious (and ridiculous) music stars, along with original songs penned by Criss." Criss is co-writing the project alongside Nick and Matt Lang with Sidecar's Gail Berman, Hend Baghdady, Joe Earley and Ricky Rollins also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
TELL ME A STORY (CBSAA) - Danielle Campbell and Carrie-Anne Moss have both signed on for the anthology's second season alongside the previously announced Odette Annable, Natalie Alyn Lind and Paul Wesley. Campbell, "who played a character inspired by Little Red Riding Hood in Season 1, will portray Olivia, who is not inspired by Belle but has ties to the Sleeping Beauty storyline." Moss then "will play Rebecca, who has ties to all three storylines (Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast)." (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED WALKING DEAD SPIN-OFF PROJECT (AMC) - Alexa Mansour, Nicolas Cantu and Hal Cumpston are the first to be cast in the franchise's third installment. Said effort will feature two young female protagonists and focus on the first generation to come-of-age in the apocalypse as we know it. No specifics were given about their roles. (Deadline.com)
