Fans of FX's "The Strain" Can Now Own a Piece of the Vampire Thriller Drama

Over 150 Props and Wardrobe Items will be Auctioned Off Starting Today

LOS ANGELES, December 1, 2017 - After four fantastic seasons, The Strain ended its run on Sept. 17, and now fans of the vampire thriller can own a piece of the show. Starting today, over 150 props and wardrobe items from The Strain will go up for auction on Fox Auctions at auctions.fox.com. Each week a new set of items will be revealed, with each auction lasting 2 weeks -- until the final items complete their auctions around Jan. 10.

Some of the incredible props from The Strain being auctioned in the premiere lot include:

· The complete costume worn by The Master - this is one of the most unique costumes in all of TV standing over seven feet tall!

· Setrakian's iconic charcoal grey fedora

· Angel Guzman's bomber jacket

· The Partnership Lab Coat Uniform

· Dutch's Layered Ring

· Eph's distressed brown coat worn in Season 2

· Fet's black utility vest that was with him throughout all four seasons

· The Silver Angel's full wrestling costume

· Bolivar's metal and leather bracelet

The Strain is a high concept thriller that tells the story of Dr. Ephraim Goodweather, former head of the Center for Disease Control, Canary Team in New York City. After he and his team were called upon to investigate a mysterious viral outbreak with hallmarks of an ancient and evil strain of vampirism, Eph and an assembly of everyday New Yorkers waged war for the fate of humanity itself.

The Strain hailed from Showrunner/Executive Producer/Writer Carlton Cuse, along with Co-Creators/Executive Producers/Writers Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan. J. Miles Dale, Gary Ungar, Bradley Thompson and David Weddle also served as Executive Producers. The series, based on del Toro and Hogan's best-selling The Strain Trilogy, was produced by FX Productions.
