B TEAM (FOX, New!) - Vine personality Andrew Bachelor (a.k.a. King Bach) is set to star in a new single-camera comedy at the network about "a former Navy SEAL (Bachelor) struggling to adjust back to civilian life, who forms a team of mercenaries with questionable skills (called the "Badass Taskforce of Elite Assault Mercenaries"). Unfortunately, they're not all elite and they're only medium badass, but they're going to fight for the little guy and protect the law - even if that means breaking it most of the time." Danny Mackey penned the 20th Century Fox Television-based half-hour, which has a penalty attached. Adam Devine; Wonderland Sound and Vision's McG and Mary Viola; and Chris Case also serve as executive producers. (Deadline.com)
BULL (CBS) - Yara Martinez ("Jane the Virgin") has been cast as Isabella "Izzy" Colón, "who is not only the estranged wife of Bull but also the estranged sister of Bull's lawyer colleague Benny (Freddy Rodriguez)." (TVInsider.com)
ENEMY OF THE STATE (ABC, New!) - Davis Foehl (Blackhat) has scored a put pilot commitment for a small screen follow up to the 1998 Will Smith/Gene Hackman-led feature, "set two decades after the original film, when an elusive NSA spy is charged with leaking classified intelligence, an idealistic female attorney must partner with a hawkish FBI agent to stop a global conspiracy that threatens to expose dark secrets, and personal mysteries connect all three of their lives." ABC Studios is behind the hour with Jerry Bruckheimer Television's Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and KristieAnne Reed also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
GUILT (Freeform) - The cable channel has passed on a second season for its summer drama. (Deadline.com)
HEAD GAMES (ABC, New!) - Chuck Rose ("The Art of More") is developing a small screen take on his novel about Dr. Jonah Hoffman, "a Park Avenue psychiatrist, who is approached by the government to come work for them as a spy, feeding them crucial intel on one of his patients, a potential national security threat." ABC Studios-based JuVee Productions is behind the hour with Viola Davis and Julius Tennon also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
LAST HOPE (NBC, New!) - Andrew Dettmann ("CSI: Crime Scene Investigation") is developing a small screen take on Lee Child's book about Hope Wesson, "a highly trained but disenfranchised former military police investigator who leads a team of fallen heroes who get justice for people with nowhere else to turn." EuropaCorp Television and Universal Television are behind the hour, which has a penalty attached. Child, Dettmann, Matt Gross and Thomas Anargyros are the executive producers. (Deadline.com)
LET THE RIGHT ONE IN (TNT) - Necar Zadegan and Cameron Gellman are the latest additions to the drama pilot. She'll play FBI Special Agent Sarah Church, "who heads to the Canadian border after three border patrol agents are found, all of them exsanguinated." He's then set as Kyle, "an attractive bad boy, who, despite appearances, is not a bully; in fact, he's quite friendly to Henry, and thinks he should try being a bit more aggressive with his teenage tormentors." (Deadline.com)
NARCOS (Netflix) - Michael Stahl-David and Matt Whelan have both joined the cast of the show's third season as Chris Feistl, "a young American DEA agent who sought out assignment to Colombia as the drug trade shifts to the Cali Cartel's takeover in the wake of Pablo Escobar's death"; and his partner, Daniel Van Ness, respectively. (THR.com)
PUSHING (FOX, New!) - Marisa Coughlan has sold a potential single-camera comedy to the network about Sydney, "who's pushing 40, and decides to go back to work as a rock band manager while struggling to raise two small children and keep the passion alive with her husband, which is no problem because she's got this - except for when she doesn't." Warner Bros. Television-based Berlanti Productions is behind the half-hour with Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter likewise executive producing. (Variety.com)
SHAMELESS (Showtime) - Noel Fisher will reprise his role as Ian's ex-boyfriend Mickey Milkovich on the current season. (TVLine.com)
UNTITLED CAROL BURNETT PROJECT (ABC, New!) - Carol Burnett is attached to star in a multi-camera comedy at the Alphabet about "a family who gets a chance to buy the house of their dreams - a house they'd never be able to afford under normal circumstances, but is able to under extremely abnormal circumstances. They must live with the current owner, an older actress (Burnett) - until she dies." Michael Saltzman will pen the half-hour, which has a put pilot commitment. Paper Kite's Amy Poehler and Brooke Posch; 3 Arts Entertainment's Dave Becky; and Comedy Dynamics' Michael Pelmont also serve as executive producers for Universal Television. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED ERIN FOSTER PROJECT (FOX, New!) - Erin Foster ("Barely Famous") has sold a single-camera comedy to the network about "a young mess of a woman who moves in with her fiancé, only to have him tell her he's gay.
