NEW YORK - October 4, 2016 - Bravo Media today announced the launch of the third annual "The Real Housewives Awards," a celebration dedicated to honoring the most unforgettable and buzziest moments from recent seasons. This year the Awards are getting a presidential treatment with categories ranging from "Secretary of Shade" to "Speaker of the Housewives" to "Plastic Surgeon General." Starting today, fans can take to the polls on BravoTV.com/RHAwards or access the Bravo Now app where every vote counts for the 10 election-themed award categories including:

· President

· Chief of Staff

· Secretary of Shade

· Plastic Surgeon General

· Director of Housewives Relations

· Secretary of the Interior Design

· Speaker of the Housewives

· Style Ambassador

· Head of the Real Bureau of Investigation

· Chief of Laughs

On Monday, November 7 at 11pm ET/PT, Bravo will air a special election themed episode of "Watch What Happens Live" devoted to the "The Real Housewives Awards." Host Andy Cohen will do the honors of swearing in the first Housewives President along with announcing the winners of each category.

"The Real Housewives Awards have been a success year after year, with Bravo's passionate fan base casting millions of votes to support their favorite first ladies via all of Bravo's digital and social platforms," said Jonathan Hills, SVP of Digital, Bravo Media. "This year we're thrilled to bring the Awards back with a fun presidential spin."

Leading up to awards night, BravoTV.com will serve as a hub for must-have "Real Housewives" content. Fans can stay informed by checking out their candidate's stance on hot button Housewives issues via "The Issues" microsite within BravoTV.com, which will offer a deep dive on all the buzziest topics to help inform voters.

Additionally, interviews with Housewives superfans from Jeff Lewis and Lance Bass to Michael Rapaport will be featured on the site offering their personal takes on this year's candidates.
