E! GREENLIGHTS SECOND SEASON OF "HOUSE OF DVF"

Diane von Furstenberg continues to build her empire and offer a new generation of young women the unprecedented opportunity to be mentored by the fashion icon herself

Brittany Hampton takes on her exciting position with the prestigious brand and sets out to find the next DVF Global Brand Ambassador

Los Angeles, CA, January 15, 2015 - On the stiletto heels of the "House of DVF" first season finale, E! today announced the original series will return for its second season with 8 new episodes, which will also premiere on E! in 100 countries. The second season of "House of DVF" starts production during New York Fashion Week and will give viewers an inside look at the challenges and triumphs Brittany Hampton experiences during her term as the DVF Global Brand Ambassador as she continues to be mentored by Diane and the rest of the DVF team. A long-time champion of women choosing their own destinies and achieving independence, Diane entrusts Brittany with the task of searching for a new group of eager, talented and intelligent young women, hoping to find a new Global Brand Ambassador among them, all while Brittany juggles traveling the globe and acclimating to her new, high-pressure position.

"When hopes and dreams are on the line and in the hands of one of the most recognizable fashion tycoons in the world, the result is good television, and fans are invested in the process following the freshman series run," said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Original Programming & Development, E! "'This aspirational series fits right into E!'s wheelhouse as the go-to destination for all things entertainment, fashion and beauty, and we are excited to expand unique multiplatform experiences around season two that will serve to further engage our media savvy audience."

"I am excited to film a second season of House of DVF," says Diane von Furstenberg. "The show is about my fashion world and while it is entertaining and informative, I will also continue to provide empowering messages to a generation of young women."

In addition to Diane and Brittany, familiar faces Jessica Joffe (DVF's Style Editor) and Stefani Greenfield (DVF's Creative Brand Director) are slated to return and offer their professional guidance and insight.

While working in different areas of Diane's empire, the contenders will be tasked with various challenges that organically play into DVF's business affairs and busy schedule, and may include PR, marketing, sales and events. The candidates will get a taste of the position through Brittany, as she trots around the globe for Paris Fashion Week, styles celebrities for awards shows, and makes store appearances. With a high-profile mentor like Diane, the girls can only hope for an invite that will either make or break their chances to advance towards the series finale and their job of a lifetime. The bar has been set high, and the pressure-filled competition is on with the launch of "House of DVF" Season 2.

"House of DVF" brings a new generation of young, upwardly-mobile women to E! The docuseries was a Top 5 program among the highly-coveted W18-34 demo on Sundays at 10pm in its first season run.

"House of DVF" is produced by Electus and Hud:sun Media. Executive producers are Chris Grant, Michael Rourke, Mioshi Hill, Corie Henson, Lenid Rolov and Diane von Furstenberg.
