NEW YORK, NY - May 7, 2014 - Recognizing the broad interest in binge-viewing among television viewers, WE tv is putting on the ultimate buffet, giving its viewers the chance to schedule the network on Tuesday nights through a new programming and digital initiative - the "Law & Order Build-A-Binge." Fans of the Dick Wolf series will have the opportunity to choose their top five favorite "Law & Order" episodes from more than a dozen that fit a designated theme each week and the most popular binge will air on WE tv as a five-episode block every Tuesday night, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. This new effort may also expand to other shows on WE tv, including originals like "Braxton Family Values."

"It's clear that TV viewers today are increasingly interested in binging, so we're breaking out the buffet trays and Sterno cans and giving them the keys to the network on Tuesday nights through the 'Law & Order Build-A-Binge,'" said Jen Robertson, WE tv's SVP of digital media & business development. "We're always looking for fresh ways to use the power and immediacy of digital and social media to connect with our new and loyal viewers, and could not be more excited about this new marriage of digital and programming."

The first "Law & Order Build-A-Binge" will debut on Tuesday, May 20. Online voting began this week on WEtv.com and closes on May 13. Each week, WE tv will select a theme and give viewers up to 15 episodes to choose from. The May 20 theme is TV Moms and "Law & Order" episodes featuring stars Edie Falco, Lauren Graham and Juliana Margulies will be available for viewers to select their favorites. Upcoming themes include Broadway Stars, Hottest Celebs and Catch the Cameo. The themes also tie to events and holidays including Mother's Day, Father's Day, the Tony Awards(R) and the start of summer.

Recently, WE tv launched another programming initiative that's resonating with viewers - "WatchIt With," an enhanced on-air encore format that allows viewers to immediately experience the reactions of the show's stars to the night's premiere episode. The first season of "WatchIt With" currently airs after each premiere episode of WE tv's hit original series "Mary Mary" on Thursday nights.
