BRAVO PARTNERS WITH TASKRABBIT FOR MULTIPLATFORM INTEGRATION AT SOUTH BY SOUTHWEST INTERACTIVE CONFERENCE

Host Andy Cohen Welcomes Tom Colicchio for Featured Panel "Top Chef: How Transmedia is Changing TV"

NEW YORK - March 1, 2012 - Bravo Media's interactive late night series "Watch What Happens Live" is partnering with the pioneer in service networking, TaskRabbit, on-air, online and on the streets of the South By Southwest Interactive Conference (SXSW) in Austin, Texas. Tune in to "Watch What Happens Live" on March 7 at 11pm ET/PT where TaskRabbit will be featured in show and all audience members will receive TaskRabbit credits. Then, over 200 Bravo-branded TaskRabbits will take to the streets of SXSW to award 1000 lucky badge-holders $25 in TaskRabbit credits. These credits can be redeemed for anything from waiting in line at one of the legendary Austin food trucks to holding a coveted parking spot. Each TaskRabbbit's shirt will have a QR code that festival-goers can scan for access to a special message from Andy Cohen on the BravoTV mobile site. Additionally, Bravo will host an exclusive party on Saturday, March 10 at TaskRabbit Park to celebrate "Watch What Happens Live."

Also on March 10, Bravo will be bringing the "Watch What Happens Live" experience to the stages of SXSW with a featured panel titled "Top Chef: How Transmedia is Changing TV." Meet the on and off-screen digital mavens, including show host Andy Cohen, Tom Colicchio ("Top Chef" judge), Lisa Hsia, Aimee Viles and Dave Serwatka. In Cohen's SXSW Clubhouse, these visionaries will illustrate how "Top Chef 9" brought multiplatform storytelling beyond the linear screen. When Bravo embarked on their transmedia mission in the fall of 2011, they broke new ground with digital innovations and fostered a unique two-way fan/cast relationship. Dive deep with Bravo into their latest industry first and learn the return on investment for both the network and the fan. The panel will take place at the Austin Convention Center, Ballroom D at 11am. To view details on SXSW site: http://schedule.sxsw.com/2012/events/event_IAP10873
