Network Greenlights Fifth Season Of Interactive Late Night Series

NEW YORK - April 4, 2011 - Bravo raises a glass as the network celebrates the 100th episode of its interactive, late night talk show, "Watch What Happens: Live," hosted by Andy Cohen. The milestone episode will air immediately following the highly anticipated season four premiere of "The Real Housewives of New York City" on Thursday, April 7th at 11:00pm ET/PT. NYC cast members Jill Zarin and Ramona Singer will join Cohen in the Bravo Clubhouse for cocktails and lively debates on everything from the latest Housewives drama to pop culture headlines. On track to earn its highest rated season to-date, Bravo has officially greenlit the series for a fifth season, which is slated to begin September 2011. Beginning as an online talk show in 2007, the series now often boasts higher ratings than most of its cable competition including "Conan" and "The Daily Show." Season four is enjoying double-digit growth across all key demo's versus the previous season, averaging 1.6 million total viewers and over one million adults 18 - 49 to-date (up 15 percent in both total viewers adults 18-49), according to Nielsen Research. Generating several buzz-worthy moments, "Watch What Happens: Live" is the only live, late night talk show where Cohen accepts fan's pressing questions via twitter, Facebook, text and phone calls.
