MTV's Made Returns with Special Back to Back Episodes Where Only One Subject Will Succeed
To celebrate nine seasons on the air, MADE is embarking on new territory with a "two-hour special" that will include "Made: Ballet Dancer" and "Made: Tap Dancer."

Season Nine Premieres With New Episodes On Saturday, April 12th From 10am � 1pm ET/PT

New York, NY � April 3, 2008 - MTV's Emmy Award series, "MADE" (http://made.mtv.com) is back for another season of fun, exciting, and life changing episodes premiering on Saturday, April 12th from 10am � 1pm. To celebrate nine seasons on the air, MADE is embarking on new territory with a "two-hour special" that will include Made: Ballet Dancer and Made: Tap Dancer. For the first time ever, MADE is following classmates, Vanessa and Kevin, who are competing against each other for the top prize in the student talent show. Other episodes include Made: Rocker and Made: Baseball Player.

Below are detailed descriptions of the shows that are scheduled to air from 10am - 1pm ET/PT:

� Made: Rock Star (10am) - Straight A student Andrew Hisel doesn't have very many friends, so to gain some rocker popularity he wants to compete in his school's Battle of the Bands. The only problem? He's never picked up a guitar, doesn't have a band, and might very well be tone deaf, but help is on the way as Andrew gets a bonafide rock star to teach him a little bit about stage swagger.

� Made: Baseball Player (11am) - Drama club devotee Stephen LaMonica loves stealing the spotlight on stage. But being gay doesn't always get him the kind of attention he enjoys at school or at home in a family of jocks. Now he wants to find his inner athlete to prove he's more than just the "gay theater kid" by become a hard hitting, speed ball throwing, varsity baseball player. With just five weeks to master the game and win over the returning players, find out if Stephen strikes out or hits it home.

� Made: Ballerina & Made: Tap Dancer (12pm � 2pm) - Two kids. One School. One very big Talent Show at Winthrop High School. Vanessa Caruccio's a hard-hitting jockette who wants to show everyone she can be a girlie girl. So she's being MADE into a graceful and elegant ballerina. Kevin Clucas is a popular senior, a jock who wants to find his creative side. So he's being MADE into a tap dancer. In the end, both kids will compete toe to toe to see who will win the battle to be the best.
