FOX ANNOUNCES RESTRUCTURING OF MARKETING DEPARTMENT AND FORMATION OF NETWORK'S IN-HOUSE AGENCY "FOX INFINITY"

Executive Vice President of Marketing Chris Carlisle to Head New Venture

Bill Bradford Joins Company as Senior Vice President, Content Strategy

Michael Vamosy Moves Over From FX as Senior Vice President, Design

The Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) has finalized restructuring of the network's marketing and promotion department with the creation of a full-service, in-house ad agency designed to benefit the network, parent company News Corporation, its emerging media initiatives and the company's media clients. Making the announcement was Chris Carlisle, Executive Vice President, Marketing, who will head up the new venture, to be known as "FOX INFINITY."

Mr. Carlisle also announced two new hires. Bill Bradford has joined the agency as Senior Vice President, Content Strategy. Mr. Bradford comes to FOX from Yahoo. In addition, Michael Vamosy has moved to the network from sister cable channel FX to serve as Senior Vice President, Design.

"These new hires complete a process begun months ago to structure our marketing department as a progressive, self-sufficient and stand-alone agency designed to take a leadership position in the rapidly changing media world by serving both the network's evolving needs and those of our media clients," said Carlisle. He went on to add: "The name FOX INFINITY speaks to a future of endless possibilities, no limits and boundless creativity. The paradigm has changed as FOX' is defined by wherever our content lives. To maximize emerging media and content development opportunities, we streamlined our operations to be more strategic, adaptable, and productive. We also consolidated our design creation to present a consistent brand image across all platforms."

Mr. Vamosy will assume all design responsibilities for the network, including print, interactive and on-air. Mr. Bradford will be charged with maximizing traffic to the network's website, FOX.com, and will work with a team of FOX marketing executives to develop and produce original promotional content and to strategize its distribution.

Mr. Bradford held dual roles at Yahoo!, serving for the past nine months as Vice President, Product Management for Yahoo! Studios, where he drove the production of original content entertainment websites combining the best of proven offline media formats with the best of Internet technology to produce a new type of integrated consumer experience.

Throughout his tenure at Yahoo!, Mr. Bradford also served as Vice President of Cross-Media Products. In that role he was responsible for working across multiple business units to develop cross-platform Internet products.

Prior to Yahoo!, Mr. Bradford was at America Online, serving in various consumer product capacities. He also spent four years at Oracle Corporation as a consultant responsible for spearheading large-scale business systems implementations.

Mr. Bradford started his professional career as an officer in the United States Army, serving as a Transportation Officer in Germany. After active duty, he served 7 1/2 years as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Mr. Bradford graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1993 and earned an M.S. in Operations Research from George Washington University in 1999.

Mr. Vamosy joined FX in October 2002. While there he was responsible for the development of FX's in-house design team "StudioFX," which designed the packaging for FX's original series "The Shield," "Nip/Tuck," "Rescue Me," "Dirt," and "The Riches" as well as the network's overall image on-air, online and in print. He also designed the Emmy campaign for "The Shield," which earned three nominations and one win for Michael Chiklis (Best Actor in a Drama).

Prior to FX, Mr. Vamosy served as Senior Art Director from 1998-2001 at Rare Medium, where he was responsible for consumer and trade print campaigns, on-air and online design and corporate branding for his various clients including included Paramount Television, CBS News, 20th Television, iVillage and Hollywood.com.

Mr. Vamosy began his career in 1993 at The Design Works in Los Angeles, where he was a graphic designer and responsible for packaging design, corporate identity, brochure design and promotional designs. He also freelanced for companies including Peter Green Design, Silverman Advertising and Loren Myers & Associates, working with such clients as The London International Advertising Awards, Warner Bros. and TiVo. From 1995-1998, he was Art Director at Designatory, working with Starz Encore, MGM, Polygram and Buena Vista Television.

Mr. Vamosy has received several PROMAX Awards, BDA Awards, Telly Awards and New York Festival awards. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
