DIRT (FX) - Fellow "Friends" alum Jennifer Aniston has signed on to guest star in the show's season finale. She'll play a rival to Courtney Cox's magazine editor character in said installment, which is set to air on Tuesday, March 27 at 10:00/9:00c.


DIRTY SEXY MONEY (A.K.A. UNTITLED CRAIG WRIGHT PROJECT) (ABC) - Craig Wright's drama project, now officially dubbed "Dirty Sexy Money," has been ordered to pilot. The Touchstone Television-based hour revolves around an idealistic lawyer named Nick George, who ends up with the job of taking care of the legal - and sometimes illegal - needs of a wealthy, colorful New York family.

ENTOURAGE/THE SOPRANOS (HBO) - The pay channel's chairman and CEO Chris Albrecht confirmed both series will return on Sunday, April 8 at the network's TCA session. In addition, "Sopranos" creator and executive producer David Chase confirmed he'll be writing and directing the show's swan song - tentatively set for Sunday, June 3. Meanwhile on the original movie front, look for the Tom Hooper-directed "Longford," about the controversial British public figure of the same name, on Saturday, February 17 at 8:00/7:00c. Jim Broadbent, Samantha Morton, Andy Serkis and Lindsay Duncan star. Still to be announced: air dates for fellow upcoming originals "John Adams," "Life Support" and "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee."


FOOTBALL WIVES (ABC) - Bryan Singer ("House") has officially signed on the direct the drama pilot, based on the famed U.K. series "Footballers' Wives." He'll work from a script by creator Marco Pennette as well as executive produce alongside Pennette, Chris Brancato, Bert Salke and Shed Productions.

The pair penned the pilot script and will executive produce alongside Stu Bloomberg for Touchstone Television.
