[via press release from FOX]

FOX DIGITAL MEDIA LAUNCHES "FOX ON DEMAND" ON SELECT LOCAL STATIONS' "MYFOX" WEBSITES SPONSORED EXCLUSIVELY BY TOYOTA

In an Industry First, Fox Digital Media to Stream Select Episodes of "Prison Break," "Bones," "The Loop," "American Dad," and "Stacked" on the MyFOX Local Platform Developed by Fox Interactive Media's Station Group

New York (WNYW), Los Angeles (KTTV), Boston (WFXT), Dallas (KDFW), Washington, DC (WTTG), Tampa Bay (WTVT), Orlando (WOFL), Birmingham (WBRC), Greensboro (WGHP) First to Launch FOX on Demand on the Internet

Los Angeles, CA - August 21, 2006 -Fox Digital Media today announced the launch of "FOX on Demand" on the MyFOX Local websites of nine (9) local FOX owned and operated stations. This historic offering marks the first time local stations will stream network programming on their local websites.

Taking advantage of the MyFOX Local platform and revolutionary video player created by Fox Interactive Media's (FIM) Stations Group, Fox Digital Media will offer free, sponsor-supported streaming of select episodes of several hit FOX series, including "Prison Break," "Bones," "American Dad," "The Loop," and "Stacked." Viewers in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas, Washington, Tampa Bay, Orlando, Birmingham and Greensboro now have the ability to tune in to FOX shows anytime on their local station's MyFOX websites.

Toyota is the exclusive sponsor of the launch of "FOX on Demand" in these nine local markets. Initially, the service will offer select episodes of FOX series from previous seasons and new episodes from returning series "Prison Break" and "Bones," following their initial airing on FOX this fall.

"With this deal, Toyota is supporting another groundbreaking media platform on behalf of our new subcompact vehicle, the Toyota Yaris," said Kim McCullough, Corporate Manager, Marketing Communications, Toyota. "Just as the Yaris makes great design accessible to all, this initiative makes everyone's favorite FOX shows more accessible whenever and wherever they want to watch them."

The video offering builds on the recent launch of the innovative hyper-local MyFOX web platform that extends Fox's stations' reach online. FIM and Fox Stations Group have integrated user-generated content including blogs and photos into key local content categories on the station web sites. Now, 9 of these station websites will offer access to FOX programs through a state-of-the-art video playback experience.

"We are pleased to work with our owned and operated broadcast station partners to distribute FOX content through their local websites," said Peter Levinsohn, President of Fox Digital Media. "It is the next logical step following our groundbreaking digital media agreement with FOX stations earlier this year and we look forward to extending the 'FOX on Demand' offering to our entire affiliate body."

"This exciting development shows the tremendous value of a localized online media platform enhanced with on demand streaming entertainment content," said Ron Berryman, SVP and GM of Fox Interactive Media's Stations Group. "We are thrilled to be able to demonstrate the strength of the platform we built and the vast potential for this market."
