Halle Berry, Mariah Carey, Ashton Kutcher Sandra Bullock, Adam Brody, Rachel McAdams, Ryan Gosling, Chad Michael Murray, Jon Heder, The Gotti Brothers, Anna Kournikova, Ryan Cabrera, Ryan Reynolds and Lauren Graham Among Stars Scheduled to Appear Hilary Duff and Rob Schneider Host the Seventh Annual Awards

Multi-platinum and Grammy-winning recording artists The Black Eyed Peas and the hot singing/dancing group The Pussycat Dolls are set to perform at THE 2005 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS Tuesday, Aug. 16 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The Gibson Theater in Los Angeles will play host to the special, celebrating the hottest teen icons in film, television, music, comedy, fashion and sports. The Black Eyed Peas and The Pussycat Dolls join previously announced performers Gwen Stefani and Simple Plan.

The Black Eyed Peas recently released their eagerly anticipated fourth album, titled "Monkey Business," which has already gone platinum. Led by its first single, "Don't Phunk With My Heart," "Monkey Business" spans a hip-hop spectrum from pop to surf to soul. "Monkey Business" is the follow-up to their 2003 breakthrough release, "Elephunk," which sold over 7.5 million copies worldwide.

The Los Angeles-based Pussycat Dolls are currently enjoying their second week at No. 1 on Billboard's Pop 100 Singles chart with their smash "Don't Cha," which they will be performing at THE 2005 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS. On Sept. 13, the six-member singing/dancing group will release their debut album "PCD," which features collaborations with The Black Eyed Peas' Will.I.Am and Timbaland.

Additional celebrities scheduled to appear at THE 2005 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS include Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry, Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Mariah Carey, actress Sandra Bullock ("Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous"), actor/producer Ashton Kutcher (THAT '70s SHOW), actor Adam Brody (THE O.C.), actress Rachel McAdams ("Wedding Crashers"), actor Ryan Gosling ("The Notebook"), actor Chad Michael Murray ("One Tree Hill"), Jon Heder ("Napoleon Dynamite"), reality stars the Gotti Brothers, tennis star Anna Kournikova, actor Ryan Reynolds ("The Amityville Horror"), actress Lauren Graham ("Gilmore Girls"), WWE wrestlers Hulk Hogan and John Cena, rapper Chingy, actress Shannon Elizabeth ("Cuts"), actor Nick Cannon ("Roll Bounce"), singer Ryan Cabrera, Hilarie Burton ("One Tree Hill"), actress Regina King ("Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous") and singer Frankie J.

Duff and Schneider will preside over the seventh annual awards, where the coolest stars will receive coveted Teen Choice surfboard awards in categories such as Choice Breakout TV Show, Choice Movie Chemistry, Choice Reality/Variety Show, Choice Breakout Artist, Choice Male Hottie, Choice Female Athlete, Choice Liplock and Choice TV Sidekick.
