Jason London Guest Stars

Burbank, CA (July 7, 2005) ABC Family premieres a new episode of the original series WILDFIRE. "Guilty" airs Monday, July 18 (8:00 9:00 PM ET/PT).

In Guilty the Ritters discover they are being audited by the IRS. Kris attempts to get a job, and Matt falls deeper into the world of gambling.

Wildfire gets out of control and injures another horse during a practice race. The vet bills and impending IRS audit further alarm Jean about the future of the ranch. Kris feels responsible and gets a waitress job at the local diner. Matt begins to get more involved in gambling and Dani is again disappointed by her father when he cancels their plans. Dani meets up with Bobby at the diner and taunts Kris at work, but Kris sees Bobby pushing Dani and punches him in Dani's defense. The diner owner oversees the altercation and fires Kris on the spot. More bad news comes when Jean informs Kris that they may need to sell Wildfire to say afloat.

WILDFIRE is ABC Family's first scripted drama. It had the highest series premiere in the history of the channel and in its second week, Wildfire ratings built in all key demos across the board. Set in the world of horse racing, one-hour episodes air Mondays (8:00 9:00 PM ET/PT). The series, produced by Lions Gate Television in association with Piller and The Segan Company, centers on the struggles of a teenage girl (gifted newcomer Genevieve Cortese) to turn her life around. The film also stars veteran actor Dennis Weaver ("McCloud"), Nana Visitor (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Greg Serano (Kingpin) and Micah Alberti ("All My Children").
