CBS rocks and rolls in February as THE 47TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS headlines a month of special events, reality premieres and finales, and all-new episodes of the Network's comedies and dramas.

In addition to the 47TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS, live from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, Sunday, Feb. 13, the month's special events include a DR. PHIL PRIMETIME SPECIAL: ROMANCE RESCUE, Tuesday, Feb. 15; STONE COLD, a new television movie starring Tom Selleck and Mimi Rogers, Sunday, Feb. 20; a ONE DAY AT A TIME REUNION, featuring the entire cast of the hit '70's-'80's comedy, Tuesday, Feb. 22 and THE GREATEST COMMERCIALS: SUPER BOWL VS. THE WORLD, hosted by Pat O'Brien, Friday, Feb. 4.

On the reality front, SURVIVOR: PALAU, which shakes up the game with new twists and turns, premieres Thursday, Feb. 17, while THE AMAZING RACE 6 heads to the finish line on Tuesday, Feb. 8 while racers on THE AMAZING RACE 7 await the starting gun on Tuesday, March 1.

On a special 90-minute CSI: MIAMI, a fire in the Everglades threatens to wipe out evidence, Monday, Feb. 21; the CSI team investigate the murder of the most feared man in Las Vegas on CSI, Thursday, Feb. 17; and two feuding trapeze families may be at blame for the death of a 16-year old on CSI: NY, Wednesday, Feb. 9.

Guest starring in February in CBS series are Haylie Duff (JOAN OF ARCADIA), The Black Eyed Peas' Will. I. Am (JOAN OF ARCADIA), Kelly Hu (CSI: NY), Burt Reynolds (THE KING OF QUEENS), Bo Derek (STILL STANDING), Paul Sorvino and Sally Struthers (STILL STANDING), Neil Patrick Harris (NUMB3RS), David Eigenberg (JUDGING AMY) and Danica McKeller (NCIS), while "The Early Show's" Dave Price pops up in a primetime program every night during the week of Feb. 14.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION -- People are dying to come to America but unfortunately, two end up encased in tar under the Vegas desert.

WITHOUT A TRACE -- A 12-year-old autistic boy vanishes while on a field trip in the city. Christine Tucci and Vincent Angel, who play the parents of the child, are married in real life and parents of a 3-year-old autistic son.

Friday, Feb. 4 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT)
THE GREATEST COMMERCIALS: SUPER BOWL VS. THE WORLD -- Pat O'Brien ("The Insider") and MTV's Vanessa Minnillo host this new entertainment special, pitting the best Super Bowl commercials throughout the years against the best ads the world has to offer. Viewers will select which commercials they like best via online voting with the winner to be revealed live at the conclusion of the broadcast.

NUMB3RS -- When people start mysteriously dying in Los Angeles, Don (Rob Morrow) and his FBI team are called in by the Public Health Service to determine if it is an act of bio-terrorism. Using Charlie's (David Krumholtz) knowledge of the mathematics of diseases, they attempt to track the virus not only to stop it, but to find the point of origin in order to determine who is responsible and why -- only to be surprised by the motive of the suspect.

LISTEN UP -- Fame goes to Tony's (Jason Alexander) head when he is recognized by a group of construction workers on the street, prompting him to update his head shot photos, while Dana (Wendi Makkena) gets a tattoo.

JOAN OF ARCADIA -- God tells Joan (Amber Tamblyn) to do an extra credit English assignment on romantic movement poets, after which she faces inner conflicts about her own love life. Actress/singer/songwriter Haylie Duff ("Napolean Dynamite") guests stars in the first of a three-episode story arc.

NUMB3RS -- After an engineering student is found dead from an apparent suicide, Charlie (David Krumholtz) convinces Don (Rob Morrow) to launch an investigation.

THE 47TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS -- Queen Latifah hosts the presentation of the recording industry's highest honors, live from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles. Kanye West is the most nominated artist with 10, followed by Usher and Alicia Keys with eight each, the late Ray Charles with seven and Green Day with six.

STILL STANDING -- Bill (Mark Addy) and Judy (Jami Gertz) are so ecstatic to hear that Bill's mother, Louise (guest star Sally Struthers), is going to marry her boyfriend, Judy even agrees to be matron of honor. However, the nuptials are put in jeopardy when Louise's ex-husband, Al (guest star Paul Sorvino), wants to stop the wedding and win Louise back.

NCIS -- Danica McKeller ("The Wonder Years") guest stars as Erin Kendall, a pretty and very smart computer expert who witnesses a murder in the apartment across the way from her. Physical evidence of a crime isn't there but McGee (Sean Murray) senses there's more to her story than meets the eye.

DR. PHIL PRIMETIME SPECIAL: ROMANCE RESCUE--In his second Network primetime special, Dr. Phil McGraw, in his own inimitable style, shows the romantically challenged how to make their relationships work. Knowing that everyone deals with problems in their relationships, Dr. Phil comes to the rescue with compelling information and advice. Dr. Phil helps one couple with a unique prenuptial agreement and a woman who can't get a second date.

YES, DEAR -- After Logan unintentionally steals Sammy's girlfriend, Kim (Jean Louisa Kelly) and Greg (Anthony Clark) try to bribe her back with fancy toys. Their sneaky plan starts a competition with Jimmy (Mike O'Malley) and Christine (Liza Snyder) to see who is the more desirable child, Sammy or Logan. (Season premiere).

CSI: NY -- When a bride and the doves that were being released at her ceremony collapse moments before their wedding, Mac (Gary Sinise) and Danny (Carmine Giovinazzo) investigate their mysterious deaths. Meanwhile, a handless body of an ex-con is discovered at a Staten Island monastery rumored to be haunted by monks who were once murdered there. Kelly Hu ("The Scorpion King") guest stars.

STONE COLD -- Tom Selleck ("Magnum, P.I.") stars as Jesse Stone, a hard-drinking, hard-living small town police chief who, after a series of murders panic the town's residents, must pull his life together in order to track down the killer. Mimi Rogers ("The Door in the Floor") also stars.

CSI: MIAMI -- In a special 90-minute episode, Horatio (David Caruso) and the team must race against time to find a killer who escaped from prison before he strikes again. Meanwhile, the CSIs must discover what happened to a young man shot and killed in the middle of the Everglades, where a fire is burning and destroying their crime scene.

ONE DAY AT A TIME REUNION brings together original cast members Bonnie Franklin, Pat Harrington Jr., Mackenzie Phillips and Valerie Bertinelli, who will reminisce about their days together on the popular, long-running comedy about a single mother trying to raise two teenaged daughters. Vintage clips from the series will highlight the special.

THE KING OF QUEENS -- When Doug (Kevin James) delivers a package to his former high school, he runs into his ex-football coach (Burt Reynolds) who treats him like a hero.
