Jason Alexander, Kelli Williams, Lance Bass and Jeff Probst Make It to the Final Table on 'CELEBRITY BLACKJACK,' Tuesday, January 11 at 10 p.m.

Celebrities Go Head to Head to Earn $250,000 for Their Favorite Charity and Bragging Rights of the Championship Title

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 27 -- GSN's CELEBRITY BLACKJACK series began with 40 stars battling it out for blackjack supremacy and the biggest chip stacks. All but four have since "busted" out of the tournament with only Jason Alexander ("Listen Up"), Kelli Williams ("Medical Investigation"), Lance Bass (*NSync) and Jeff Probst ("Survivor") remaining to take on each other in the championship episode airing Tuesday, January 11 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

This final episode features both intense and hysterical moments as each of the four winners hope to ride their good fortune and blackjack skills to a $250,000 win for their favorite charity and own the bragging rights to the CELEBRITY BLACKJACK championship title. Viewers will enjoy the hilarious banter between players as they try to distract one another from what's going on in the game.

The road to the final table was unique to every finalist. Jason Alexander beat out his first round competition with a lucky win when the last card fell his way; Lance Bass nailed four blackjacks in his opening round match up; Kelli Williams turned over the table with a final winning hand that advanced her into the semi-finals and Jeff Probst got a second chance when first round winner Shannon Elizabeth had a scheduling conflict and was not able to play in her semi-final match.

The hot streak of Williams and Probst in the first semi finals match vaulted them into the finals, while Alexander and Bass deflected dealer "Hollywood Dave" Stann's seven "21's" with timely wins and small bets in the second semi-final match up.

The 13-episode series hosted by Matt Vasgersian (WORLD SERIES OF BLACKJACK, San Diego Padres play-by-play announcer) featured 10 tournaments. Each player received $10,000 for their charity with the winner of each game receiving $25,000 and a place in the semi-finals. The first place winners received another $75,000; the second place winners $25,000 -- both won a seat in the final game where the four qualifiers will now compete for a first place prize of $200,000 and a second place prize of $50,000. The first place winner of the series earns a total of $300,000 for their charity.

In tournament-style blackjack, the player with the most money at the end of a set number of hands (in this case, 21) is deemed the winner. Each player starts with $100,000. The minimum bet is $1,000 and the maximum is $25,000 for the first 10 hands. After that the minimum increases to $5,000 with no maximum. In the final hand of CELEBRITY BLACKJACK, the players' bets are kept secret.

Additionally, as an added twist, six jokers are in the six-deck shoe and any player dealt a joker may steal a card from any of the other hands still in play. There is also the "5-card Charlie" rule where if a player gets five cards without busting, then it is an automatic win.

Below is a list of the tournament players; winners are in bold: Jason Alexander, Billy Baldwin, Daniel Baldwin, Stephen Baldwin, Lance Bass, Adam Carolla, Coolio, Dayna Devon, Jamie Lynn DiScala, Shannon Elizabeth, Carrie Fisher, Warren G, Giuliana, Steve Harris, Chris Harrison, Kevin Hart, John Henson, David Higgins, Cheryl Hines, Steve Howey, Ricki Lake, Meat Loaf, Camryn Manheim, Ralphie May, John Melendez, Dave Navarro, Kathy Najimy, Chynna Phillips, Jeff Probst, Gabrielle Reese, Caroline Rhea, Tori Spelling, Eric Roberts, Dennis Rodman, Sara Rue, Mathew St. Patrick, Gary Valentine, Kelli Williams, Carnie Wilson, Marissa Jaret Winokur.

CELEBRITY BLACKJACK is produced by Pariah. Executive producer Gavin Polone's credits include "Panic Room," "Secret Window," "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Gilmore Girls." Executive producer Andrew Golder's credits include "Star Search" and "Win Ben Stein's Money."
