CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION (Paramount+) - Nicole Pacent will recur on the reboot series as Rebecca, "a lawyer with the DOJ who reveals disturbing news about the fate of the BAU." (Deadline.com)
EVERYTHING'S TRASH (Freeform) - The cable channel has pulled the plug on the Phoebe Robinson-led comedy series after one season. (Deadline.com)
GENTLEMEN, THE (Netflix) - Alexis Rodney has booked a role on Guy Ritchie's film-turned-TV series. No character details however were given. (THR.com)
MORNING SHOW, THE (Apple TV+) - Clive Standen, Alano Miller and Lindsay Duncan are the latest additions to the upcoming season. Standen will play Andre Ford, "a rugged, dashing photojournalist covering the war in Ukraine"; with Miller as Marcus Hunter, "a successful sports agent helping his wife, Chris (Nicole Beharie) navigate the corporate politics of UBA"; and Duncan as Martha Ellison, "a political strategist with a storied history dating back to the 70s and 80s; she's also Cory Ellison's (Billy Crudup) mother." MURDAUGH MURDERS (Hulu, New!) - Michael D. Fuller and Erin Lee Carr are spearheading a TV take on Mandy Matney's podcast of the same name at the streamer: "The series will be based on Alex Murdaugh's stranger-than-fiction family drama, a riveting account drawing from countless hours of reporting by Matney, as well as exclusive, insider knowledge from years spent following the case." Matney, Nick Antosca and Alex Hedlund wil likewise executive produce for the UCP-based Eat the Cat. (Deadline.com)
